Arrival

14:00 – 23:00

We prepare your rooms with the utmost care, so we kindly request check-in no earlier than 14:00. Of course, if you require an earlier check-in and circumstances permit, we will do our best to prepare your room as a priority, subject to prior arrangement.
As we do not have a reception desk, you will receive detailed information regarding key collection before your arrival. Everything is on-site, so you don’t need to go anywhere else to pick up your keys. However, should you need any assistance, we are just a phone call away. You will receive instructions after completing your identification details; everything will be sent to you by email.

Departure

5:00 – 10:00

At the entrance door of the building, you’ll find a drop-off box clearly marked ‘Golden Key apartments’. When you depart, simply drop the keys to your locked apartment inside. If you received one from us, please also include your parking card or the remote control for your parking space.

Parking

If you are interested in parking, spaces must be reserved in advance. The number of spaces is limited. Parking is located near the property. We always send precise information before your arrival. Parking is 100 Kč per day.

INFORMATION

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in all rooms and common areas of the building.

No pets allowed.

While we adore animals, cleaning up after them can be quite demanding. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect this policy and leave your beloved pets at home. Thank you.

Parking available

On-site parking is available for a daily fee of 100Kč. Due to limited spaces, advance booking is essential.
